I’m Ella Brummer, currently a senior at Iowa State University majoring in Apparel Merchandising, minoring in Advertising and graduating in December 2019. In addition to my education at ISU I have done a Visual Merchandising and Management internship at Dillards Department store in Des Moines, Iowa and studied at the London College of Fashion for a semester to further my education and experience within the industry. At this time I am eager to start my career working for a company in which I identify with the style and message portrayed. I have a creative mind and would like to pursue a career in that part of the industry. I am drawn to visual merchandising, styling and creative directing career paths.  I have a talent for knowing and predicting trends and sense what will resonate with the majority of people. I am also passionate about graphic design and excel at adobe suite applications. As the Public Relations coordinator for my sorority I create graphic designs for social media and our website. My personal skills include good time management, self-direction, collaboration & being detail oriented. I can not wait to join this fast paced and exciting industry upon my graduation. I’m open to any advice or opportunities.
